Out of this World!

29 Sep

This fall’s temporary exhibit, Earth from Space, lends itself well to some great hands-on activities. Throughout September and early October, all third grade classes from the seven Port Arthur Independent School District public schools and one private school are taking field trips to the Museum. We’ve been rotating them through four exciting stations, then presenting them with student dictionaries provided by the Port Arthur Rotary Club.

Come on out this Saturday, October 2 for our FREE Family Fun Day, all themed around Earth from Space!! It runs 10am-4pm, and features a Moon Bounce, a pirate treasure hunt, a presentation by a children’s author, and many crafts and games. Please call (409) 984-6453 with any questions.
